In general, Yemeni coffees are best consumed between 12 days and 16 weeks from the roasting date because of the degassing process. Notes will vary depending on the conserving method and time, but you’ll always end up with a delicious cup of coffee.

Happy to finally try coffee from Yemen! As a filter coffee it was very robust. Spiced and fruity with a well rounded mouth feel. As an espresso it was very rich, the deep spice flavor came through with a nice balance from a chocolate bottom note. Great coffee!

  7. Marc gabel (verified owner)

Very different from other single origin. A full founded mouth taste that lingers A coffee to be appreciated over slow drinking. Not for fast grabbing and go! The taste changes from a touch sour at the beginning to sweet later on. Strong presence in milk based drinks as well.

Best Coffee I ever had and had plenty. my wife doesn’t usually drink coffee but she converted because of the high quality and incredible smoothness.
This is my second order and I am as satisfied as with the first.
