You may choose any of the following coffees:
Tasting notes: An aromatic and sweet coffee. Notes of honey, dark chocolate, nougat, dates, caramel, and hints of citrus fruits. Low acidity and strong mouthfeel.
Available in two roasting levels:
Medium roast: Sweet, balanced acidity with medium body. Recommended for Espresso, Pour over, Ibrik, and Immersion brewers.
Dark/ Special espresso roast: More Sweet, bold , little smokey with heavy body.
Tasting notes: Fruity and sweet coffee. Notes of caramel, raspberry, chocolate, pear, clove and orange blossom. Juicy acidity with a smooth and pleasant finish.
Available in three roasting levels:
Light/ Filter roast: Fruitier, bright acidity with light body. Recommended for Pour over, Ibrik, and Immersion brewers.
Medium roast: Sweet, balanced-low fruity acidity with medium body. Recommended for Espresso, Pour over, Ibrik, and Immersion brewers.
Dark/ Special espresso roast: More Sweet, no acidity, bold , might be a little smokey with heavy body. Recommended for Espresso, and Immersion brewers.
Tasting notes: Complex and winey. Notes of raspberry, white chocolate, grapes, honey, pineapple, hazelnuts, vanilla and clove. Elegant acidity with a clean body and long aftertaste.
Available in two roasting profiles:
Medium roast: Sweet, balanced acidity with medium body. Recommended for Espresso, Pour over, Ibrik, and Immersion brewers.
Dark/ Special espresso roast: More Sweet, bold , little smokey with heavy body.
Tasting notes: Fruity and complex. Notes of cherry, toffee, dates, grapes, orange blossom, strawberry and clove. Lactic acidity with clean and silky body.
Available in two roasting levels:
Light/ Filter roast: Fruitier, bright acidity with light body. Recommended for Pour over, Ibrik, and Immersion brewers.
Medium roast: Sweet, balanced-low fruity acidity with medium body. Recommended for Espresso, Pour over, Ibrik, and Immersion brewers.
Tasting notes: Spiced and sweet. Notes of honey, clove, cinnamon, chocolate, vanilla, and nuts. Balanced acidity and strong mouthfeel.
Available in two roasting levels:
Medium roast: Sweet, balanced-low fruity acidity with medium body. Recommended for Espresso, Pour over, Ibrik, and Immersion brewers.
Dark/ Special espresso roast: More Sweet, no acidity, bold , might be a little smokey with heavy body. Recommended for Espresso, and Immersion brewers.
Tasting notes: Naturally sweet coffee. Hints of sugar cane, caramel, red apple, cocoa and almond. Low acidity with full body and long-lasting aftertaste.
Available in two roasting levels:
Medium roast: Sweet, balanced acidity with medium body. Recommended for Espresso, Pour over, Ibrik, and Immersion brewers.
Dark/ Special espresso roast: More Sweet, bold , little smokey with heavy body.
Packaging
Because we believe in sustainability, our coffee is carefully packed in a 100% recyclable bag with one-way valve and a ziplock to keep it fresh for as long as possible.
Roasting & Freshness
Our coffee is freshly roasted to order in small batches. Please consider some time to rest the coffee (Degas) before brewing it to enjoy the best experience.
Brewing Tips
This coffee is very dense. We highly recommend to brew it using cooler water than you usually use with other origines and/or grind it finer.
